The Spiritual Wellness Program lasts for 3 months. This program includes 3 one hour sessions for each month and text message access to me for the entire duration of the program! The program works on Unpacking childhood trauma, Shadow Work, and Deprogramming. Once purchased, I will email you to set up your sessions!
